Introduction

H3C is a fast growing company. We began with 1,200 employees, but as of June 2006 we now have 4,800 well trained employees.

As an innovative company strong in Research and Development, more than half of our manpower is in R&D.
Each year we invest 15% of the previous year's revenue into Research and Development. It is H3C's long-term strategy to keep a stable investment into our research.  Through this we can deliver more products to the market, and keep ourselves competitive in terms of our product line and performance.

As a customer-oriented and market-driven company, we put one third of our manpower, which is nearly 1600 people into developing a broad line of innovative products backed by world class sales, service and support.
